Read heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, sleep, blood oxygen and blood pressure from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, when those measurements are available. Apple Watch shares existing heart-rate readings with their original measurement times; compatible Wear OS watches share readings during a session you start and stop.
