Delete your HeartRay account

You can permanently delete your HeartRay account and the data listed below in the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

Open HeartRay and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Me, and scroll below the numbered settings index.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

The in-app flow authenticates the request and starts deletion immediately.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address linked to your HeartRay account. Use the subject “Delete my HeartRay account” and include your display name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, friend graph and requests, live heart rate and location, shared trips, route history, health summaries, alerts, activity, messages, reactions, blocks, device tokens, and connected-wearable credentials.
